Intake

- Breakfast : Special K cereals (160kcal)

- Lunch : lasagna (140kcal), a banana (60kcal) , two slices of bread with tartar (around 50kcal)

- Snack : Special K bar (91kcal) and a can of coke zero (0kcal)

- Dinner : Cereals (200kcal), some strawberries (10kcal), a banana (60kcal) and a piece of melon (20kcal)

During the evening : Black tea red fruits flavoured (0kcal)

 TOTAL: 306 kcal

Workout
I made it by myself

100 jumping jacks

1 min skipping rope

THEN

Okay so this is quite hard, but as you probably noticed , the main goal was to do 500 jumping jacks to loose as much fat as possible. I can say I nailed it (and I nailed it in my garden under the hot sun ! DON'T forget to drink LOADS OF WATER when you do it, it's really important )

I probably burnt around 350kcal.
+ I  tanned for 30 minutes : 35 kcal.
+ I did 2 hours of sport at school : 100kcal.

TOTAL LOST: 485kcal.
That is insane but sooo good.

Report 19 -

Perfect body


Intake

- Breakfast : Cereals oatmeal + muesli (200kcal)

- Lunch : A bifteak (150kcal), beens (around 60kcal), a yogurt , king of a chocolate mousse (120kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

- Snack : A special K bar (91kcal)

- Dinner: a bowl of special K cereals (around 250kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

During the evening : Gold tea (0kcal)

 TOTAL : 991 kcal
Quite good but I should have work out. Well actually that's my rest day so ... anyway.

Intake

- Breakfast : oatmeal cereals and muesli (around 220kcal), a little bar of bio chocolate (maybe 30kcal), and a banana (60kcal)

- Lunch : Salad with tomatoes (around 100kcal), some cucumber (50kcal), a piece of chicken (around 50kcal),and a banana (60kcal)

- Snack : Special K bar (91kcal)

- Dinner : Salad and tomatoes (around 100kcal), the LAST piece of pizza (around 150kcal), a banana (60kcal), a piece of melon (30kcal) and some strawberries (10kcal)

TOTAL : 861 kcal.
Good ! A great start for the week.

Report 17 -


Intake

- "Breakfast" : Well I ate lunch and breakfast at the same time. But the "breakfast" part was a salad of fruits that I made, with bananas, apples, strawberries, oranges and melon (around 200kcal). Also, 5 sticks of carrots (around 20kcal)

- "Lunch" : The lunch part was a little piece of chicken (maybe 80kcal), two piecies of bread with pâté (around 80kcal) and a piece of cheese (50kcal)

- Snack : White tea red fruits flavoured (0kcal)

- Lunch : Salad with tomatoes (around 70kcal), an egg (73kcal), some strawberries (maybe 50kcal) and an appleasauce (64kcal)

TOTAL : 687 kcal

- Breakfast : Special K cereals (220kcal), a homemade orange juice (50kcal), a banana (60kcal), some carrots sticks (around 30kcal), and an applesauce (64kcal)

- Lunch : /
I ate lunch and breakfast together.

- Snack : Special K bar (91kcal)

- Dinner : Fuck. My mum brought McDo home. Binged a second time in a W-E. Tomorrow I'll eat a fruit's salad homemade, carrots and good stuff I promise. (1140kcal)

During the evening : Gold tea (0kcal)

TOTAL : 1405 kcal
Goddamn McDo, I was at 265kcal before I ate you ! Shit.

I combined 3 workouts to make a big one. This looks quite insane, but it's not as hard as it seems. Obviously it is, but not that much. Not the hardest one I did so far. It's a really good alternative if you binged as I did yesterday I think. I feel a lot more comfortable about myself right now, and after a good shower, it's amazing. I probably lost about 250 kcal.
