- Dinner : two slices of bread with butter and jam (about 200kcal), a glass of milk (about 30kcal), a piece of cheese (about 50kcal) and a banana (60kcal)
Then, I didn't workout but I did 2 hours of sport at school. I can easily take off 200kcal.
