Report 5 -

She's got such a beautiful body omg


- Breakfast : Cereals with oatmeal and muesli (200kcal), applesauce (62kcal), half an avocado (180kcal), a piece of chocolate cake (about 50kcal) and an orange (45kcal)

- Lunch : /
As you saw, I ate a lot for breakfast because I woke up late and I mixed breakfast with lunch.

- Snack : Gold tea (0kcal)

- Dinner : Salad (about 80kcal), a piece of flammekueche (around 180kcal), 2 pieces of cheesesauce (around 80kcal) and a Danone yogurt vanilla-flavoured (120kcal)

During the evening:  Gold tea (0kcal)

  Workout (25min)

10 push-ups
20 sit ups
20 squats
20 lunges (10 per leg)
80 jumping jacks
60 seconds wall sit

I did it 2 times. I probably burnt about 150kcal.

TOTAL: 847 kcal.
Pretty cool, huh ?
