Report 8 -


- Breakfast : Oatmeal cereals (200kcal) and a homemade orange juice (about 50kcal)

- Lunch : Green beans (50kcal), a kind of breaded fish (210kcal), a piece of cheese (around 100kcal), and a yogurt vanilla-flavoured (120kcal)

- Snack : /

- Lunch : A salad with potatoes, tuna and tomatoes (around 200kcal), yogurt mixed-fruits flavoured (121kcal) and two slice of cheesesauce (around 20 kcal)

During the evening : Black tea red-fruits flavoured (4kcal)

TOTAL: 875 kcal
Pretty good !

This one is a really good one. Take your time when you're doing it, remove your stitches if you have some before you continue and everything should be okay.
I burnt about 200 kcal
(200 jumping jacks burn already 100 calories !!)
