Report n°2 -


- Breakfast : cereals to oatmeal and muesli (180kcal)

- Lunch : A tomatoe w/out salt (20kcal), 2 slices of cream cheese (40kcal), 2 slides of duck's pâté (80kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

- Snack : White tea raspberry-flavoured (4kcal) <- Damn, tea is so healthy.

- Dinner : A bowl of Special K milk-chocolate (250kcal) and an orange (45kcal)

During the evening: Green tea lemon-flavoured w/out sugar (0kcal)

TOTAL: 679kcal.
It's good to be that low since I didn't workout
