- Breakfast : A biscuit (74kcal) and cereals (200kcal)

- Lunch : 2 fried eggs (180kcal), cauliflower (30kcal), some mashed potato (around 100kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

- Dinner : raw carrots (about 30kcal), some cucumber (about 100kcal), a slice of full bread with sardines (sounds weird but it's really yummi) (about 50kcal), and a banana (60kcal)

TOTAL : 884 kcal
